Sushi and sashimi can be ordered to go.

Along with Portuguese classics, you can order spicy curries, shrimp with chili and avocado, and cachupa (corn and bean stew), a famous Cape Verde dish. Corn (hominy), beans, garlic, and onions are all part of the basic recipe, enriched with cassava. Chili adds spice. You can order the stew with fish or meat.
